Landowner’s Pledge
to not Sign Wind or Solar Contracts
Purpose
You proudly stand alongside those who commit to protecting agricultural resources, natural communities, your family and neighbor’s health and safety, outdoor recreation, property values and the gorgeous landscape you call home. You desire to join in the mission of Farmland First in doing just that: keeping farmland first. By signing below, you, the landowner, commit to keeping your property free from industrial wind or solar development. Thank you for linking arms with neighbors and other landowners to preserve rural Wisconsin from this commercial invasion.
Pledge
I (we) the undersigned, pledge to keep the property—as detailed below—free from participating in the development of industrial wind or solar. This pledge includes a commitment not to sign contracts, leases or other binding agreements with companies who seek to install industrial-scale wind or solar complexes in Central Wisconsin.
